How to start a return

  1. Email support@tryrennova.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover everything and ship a free replacement.
